IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

As a technical all-rounder, you will work in a team consisting of two other IT specialists to take care of our entire IT landscape: from classic system maintenance and first-level support to the further development of our ERP and security structures.

• System administration & support: Support, maintenance and expansion of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, mobile devices).
• Microsoft environment: Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365.
• Cybersecurity: Implementation and further development of security guidelines, endpoint protection, backup strategies and awareness measures.
• ERP & data management: Support, adaptation and further development of our ERP system - including data maintenance, interfaces and user administration.
• First-level support: contact person for IT issues.

• Completed training or studies in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, computer science, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft is an advantage
• Ideally initial programming knowledge, experience in MS-SQL or database maintenance
• Understanding of ERP, PDM or CAD/CAM systems - or a desire to familiarize yourself with them
• Interest in cybersecurity and IT automation
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Team spirit, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
