Was sind die Vorteile von LIROB?

Questions and answers LIROB robotic arm

LIROB robotic arm in action: these customers are convinced

How easy is it to maintain and replace spare parts on the LIROB?

The LIROB has interchangeable grippers and tools that can be changed remotely. The LIROB is designed so that arm modules are easily interchangeable. All modules are compatible with each other so that repairs or adjustments can be carried out quickly and easily - the only exceptions are the wrist and the base tube in the wall. This reduces downtime and considerably simplifies spare parts management.

How does the LIROB support safety in environments exposed to radiation?

Thanks to its radiation-resistant design and integration into gas-tight wall ducts, the LIROB significantly reduces the risk to operators. It enables the automation of work that would otherwise only be possible with a high level of personal exposure.

Can the LIROB also be used for monitoring or documentation tasks?

Yes, the LIROB can be combined with camera systems so that work steps can be monitored or recorded. This facilitates quality assurance, process documentation and remote control with limited visibility.

How economical is the use of LIROB for companies?

The LIROB not only saves time, but also reduces operating costs: fewer personnel costs, minimized downtimes, lower spare parts inventory and increased service life thanks to the robust design lead to a sustainable return on investment.
