Fitter/ Assembly Technician Internal Assembly (m/f/d)

As a fitter or assembly technician for internal assembly at the Wälischmiller Engineering GmbH you will be centrally involved in the completion of our high-precision manipulators, robotic solutions and special machines. You will assemble modules and complete systems, test their functionality and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, all in an innovative, team-oriented environment.

Tasks/ qualification

  • Assembly of components in different sizes (series production)
  • Mechanical and electrical final assembly according to drawings, parts lists and technical specifications
  • Analyzing and rectifying technical faults on assemblies within the plant
  • Carrying out functional tests, quality checks and complete documentation of the work results
  • Support for large assemblies and systems
  • Close cooperation with design, quality assurance and production
  • Compliance with all safety guidelines and quality standards

Profile

  • Completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic or comparable)
  • Experience in the assembly of components or complete machines is an advantage
  • Good mechanical and ideally also electrical knowledge
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and high quality orientation
